Heathmont Baptist Church is committed to protecting the safety of all people within its programs, ministries and events.
All people, regardless of age, gender, race, culture, disability and family or social background have equal rights to this protection.
All people (including children) have the right to be respected and valued as well as feel emotionally, physically and spiritually safe at all times.
Our policy has been developed to uphold this commitment to safeguarding and to adhere to National and Local legislation.

Grievance and Conflict Resolution Guidelines
The Congregation is committed to providing a safe environment where the dignity of every individual is respected and therefore has a commitment to dealing promptly with matters of conflict brought about by unwanted behaviour and conduct, and the prompt and fair resolution of grievances and disputes.

This policy outlines our approach to the capture, use, and distribution of photographs and images within our community. Our goal is to ensure that everyone's rights to privacy and consent are upheld, while also celebrating the vibrancy and diversity of our community.
Prevention of Falls Policy
This policy is applicable to all Heathmont Baptist’s Employees, Designated Volunteers and Contractors engaged by Church Council to illustrate practical methods of reducing the likelihood of injuries from falls.

Our commitment is to meet current standards and to help others to meet them.
